Basic Info
1.Working Days: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day;
2.Student Age: 5-6 years old;

Job Description
1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
2.Organize learning material and resources;
3.Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information;
6.Assess students’ performance and progress;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;


Requirements

1.Bachelor’s Degree or above;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.At least 2 years curriculum coordinator /teaching experience with young learners preferred;
5.Early childhood education related background or experience preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary package range 30,000 to 38,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance included in the salary package ;
3.Work visa provided;
4.Standard insurance provided;
5.Airfare reimbursement 8,000 RMB per year available;
6.Holidays:
- All Chinese public holidays
- Full paid around 10 days winter holiday
- Full paid 2 weeks Christmas holiday
- Full paid 3 weeks summer holiday
