Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and qualified English Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction for IGCSE and A-Level courses within our established British-style bilingual school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the British curriculum, a passion for language and literature, and the ability to inspire students in a bilingual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for IGCSE and A-Level English Language and/or Literature.

Assess, track, and report student progress, providing meaningful feedback.

Contribute to curriculum development and departmental resources.

Participate actively in school events, parent meetings, and professional development.

Support the school’s bilingual ethos and holistic educational approach.

Requirements
Essential:

A recognized teaching qualification: UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), or an equivalent national teaching license from an English-speaking country (e.g., US state license, Canadian provincial license, Australian teaching qualification).

Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience with IGCSE and/or A-Level English.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Education, or a closely related field.

Familiarity with British curriculum standards and assessment criteria (e.g., Cambridge, Edexcel, AQA).
