URGENT | ESL Teacher Needed in Nanjing Public School

Nanjing, China
20k - 24K RMB/month
Immediate start

Teaching Load
✅ 1 class per day · 5 classes/week
✅ 45 mins per class
✅ Design your own lessons — IELTS focus
✅ Paid winter & summer holidays

Responsibilities:

1. Teach English courses to students aged 16–18 across 3–4 classes per semester. Conduct classes primarily in the afternoon.
2. Develop semester-long learning plans and organize teaching materials tailored to students’ needs.
3. Administer assessments during the exam period at the end of each semester, including revision sessions, final exams, and grading.
Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment to enhance students ’ language proficiency and readiness for international pathways.


Requirements
1. Native English speaker
2. Background in Education
3. 2 years teaching experience
4. Junior/senior high school teaching experience also welcome
5. Demonstrated experience in teaching English, particularly with IELTS or TOEFL preparation.
6. Experience working with young adults (aged 16–18) is highly desirable.
