Job DescriptionPosition Opening: 
High School A-Level/AP Art  Teacher
Weekly working and teaching schedule:Monday to Friday, 25 teaching periods maximum
Arrival time: Aug. 2026
Contract Length: Two years

Salary&Benefits
1.Salary: negotiable based on degree, related teaching experience and the school's evaluation.
2.Airfare Allowance: 12,000 RMB before tax. Teachers who have worked in the school continuously for more than two years will receive 24,000 RMB annual airfare allowance.
3.Insurance: Covered.
4.Accommodation: Housing reimbursement of 4,000 RMB before tax per month (which can usually cover the rent of a well furnished apartment near the school).
5.Holidays: About 9 weeks.
6.Paid holidays: Yes, about 3-month fully paid holidays, including winter/summer vacations and all Chinese public holidays.
7.Meal allowance: 500 RMB/Month.
8.6,000 RMB excess luggage allowance.
9.Comprehensive medical insurance annually from large-scale insurance company.
10.Professional induction training.
11.1 physical examination organized by the school every year.

Requirements
1.Related Master's or Bachelor's degree in Art & Design, Visual Arts, Fine Art, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field; a teaching credential such as teaching license, PGCE, or QTS is highly advantageous.
2.Preferably 3–5 years of high-school teaching experience with a proven record of success in A-Level/AP Art & Design,  AP Calculus & Statistics.
3.Must be able to deliver engaging, skills-rich A-Level / AP Art & Design,  AP Calculus & Statistics lessons to students.
4.Candidates who integrate digital art platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, or data-analysis software into their practice are preferred.
5.Candidates must provide a criminal background check and authenticated degree certificates.
6.The candidate should agree to a two-month probationary period.
Interview
We have three rounds of interviews here in our school, the first round is conducted by HR manager through Skype/Wechat. The second round is to conduct a detailed interview with our high school foreign principal. The third round is conducted by our high school Chinese principal.
