Industrial Design
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the full-chain design work for hardware storage products. Analyze design trends in the hardware storage home furnishing industry, competitive product designs, and consumer aesthetic preferences to provide direction for design.
2. Complete product appearance concept design independently, including shape, color, texture, and detail treatment, resulting in hand-drawn sketches, 3D models, or renderings.
3. Optimize the product structure (such as drawer slides and folding mechanisms) based on storage function requirements, to enhance space utilization and operational convenience.
4. Collaborate with structural engineers and production teams to ensure that the design meets production process requirements and address appearance issues during mass production.
5. Participate in sample reviews, adjust design details based on feedback, until the product is finalized.
6. Continuously track and collect market feedback, and develop product iteration plans based on user feedback.

Qualifications:
1. Under 35 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above.
2. Possess systematic design thinking, ensure the full implementation of design, and guarantee the consistency of product feasibility from concept to launch.
3. Possess brand and user-centric thinking, along with a certain degree of aesthetic ability and innovation.
4. Strong rendering ability, proficient in using mainstream design software such as 3d max and CAD.
