Job Responsibilities
1.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day;
2.Student Age: 1.5 to 6 years old;
3.Class Size: No more than 28 students per class;
4.Location: Futian District, Shenzhen

Job Description

1. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly lesson plans according to school requirements;
2. Communicating with parents;
3. Completing assessments and profolios on children’s development;
4. Working closely with fellow Chinese teachers to create a safe, caring and friendly classroom environment;
5. Assisting in co-coordinating and organizing special school events;

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above (Major in Education/Early Childhood Education/ Psychology or a related field preferred);
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. At least 2 years of previous teaching experience with young learners;

Salary and Benefits
1.Base salary 25,000 to 27,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance included in the salary package;
3.Work visa provided;
4.Commercial insurance provided;
5.Meals provided during workdays;
6.Flight reimbursement up to 10,000 RMB upon contract completion;
7.Contract completion bonus available after completion of 2-years contract;
8.Staff Birthday Party and Christmas provided by the school;
9.Annual travel allowance;
10.Holidays:
- All Chinese public holidays
- 4 weeks full-paid summer holiday
- 3 weeks full-paid winter holiday
