Requirements
Native English speaker.
A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary level.
Must hold a recognized teaching qualification: PGCE or QTS certification.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive monthly pre-tax salary of RMB 28000-34000, annual bonus up to 10% of the annual gross base salary upon meeting KPIs.

Annual Flight Benefit: RMB 8,000 in the first summer. RMB 8,000 per adult and RMB 4,000 per child in the second summer, subject to contract renewal and on-site residency.
Children's Education: Highly attractive benefit of tuition remission for two children. A 50% discount applies for a third child, per school policy.
Visa Support: All work permit and visa costs are covered by the school.

Working Hours
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This is a non-residential teaching position with no evening study required.
Generous Paid Leave: Enjoy a minimum of 2.5 months of fully paid holidays annually, including summer, winter, and Christmas breaks.
