Role Summary
We are a fast-growing pet snack brand expanding into the US market. We are looking for a Native-born AmericanContent Creator based in China to be the "face and voice" of our brand on TikTok and Instagram.
This is an end-to-end creative role. You will be the architect of our US social presence—from spotting trends to scripting, filming (in China), editing, and engaging with our American community. If you have a knack for viral storytelling and know exactly what makes American pet parents click "Buy," we want you.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Content Production: Lead the entire lifecycle of TikToks and IG Reels: ideation, hook-driven scripting, filming, and high-energy editing (CapCut/Premiere).
2. Cultural Bridge: Translate our product's USP into American humor, trends, and lifestyle aesthetics. Ensure the content feels local to the US, despite being filmed in China.
3. Platform Management: Handle daily posting and community management on TikTok and Instagram, optimizing for US time zones and algorithm trends.
4. Trend Sourcing: Maintain a "constant-online" awareness of US pet-fluencer trends, sounds, and challenges to keep our brand relevant and "scroll-stopping."
5. Brand Face: Act as the primary on-camera talent for short-form videos, demonstrating products and building trust with the US pet community.
Requirements
1. Native American English Speaker: Born and raised in the US with a deep understanding of US consumer culture and social media nuances.
2. Currently Based in China: Able to work on-site for filming and collaboration with our product team.
3. Social Media Savvy: Proven track record of creating engaging content on TikTok/Instagram (portfolio required).
4. One-Man Crew: Ability to handle lighting, framing, and mobile video editing independently.
Bonus Points (Preferred)
Pet Owner: Being a dog or cat owner is a major plus and will help you better understand the "pet parent" psyche in the US.
