Fluent in Chinese communication.
A true hybrid of variety show director and writer. We start with project-based collaboration, then explore long-term commitment.
You need to be equally strong at creative planning and on-the-ground execution.
Massive variety show watchlist, deeply familiar with new media content.
Capable of independently delivering scripts, rundowns, and on-site production.
Strong aesthetic sense, sharp insight, high EQ, excellent communicator, and keen observer. MBTI E-types preferred, but highly skilled MBTI I-types with deep specialization are absolutely welcome.
We don't care about your background—we care about hunger and drive.
Quality over quantity; we'd rather leave the seat empty than fill it wrong.
