Core Work Overview
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends off) | Work-life balance prioritized
Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours (fixed, no mandatory overtime)
Daily Working Hours: 08:30–12:00, 14:00–17:00 (reasonable schedule with midday break for rest & preparation)
Class Details: 18–22 students (K1 level, 3–4 years old); 2–3 formal lessons daily, 20–30 minutes per lesson
Teaching Support: Comprehensive, pre-provided curriculum + dedicated teaching resources; no need to build lessons from scratch
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead homeroom teacher for K1 students, delivering age-appropriate, interactive lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum (integrating play, music, art, and language development).
Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that fosters children’s social-emotional growth, independence, and love for learning.
Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and co-workers to ensure smooth daily classroom operations and consistent teaching quality.
Document student progress, provide regular feedback to parents, and participate in parent-teacher communications (e.g., meetings, progress reports).
Uphold the school’s teaching standards and join school-wide activities (e.g., training sessions, cultural events, and curriculum optimization workshops).
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, contributing to a harmonious and supportive team atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements
Non-native English speaker with clear, standard pronunciation and fluent verbal/written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Music, Education, or Early Childhood Development are highly preferred.
Valid teaching credentials: Hold a teacher’s qualification certificate, TEFL (120+ hours), TESOL, or CELTA; OR 2+ years of full-time kindergarten teaching experience (official work experience certificate from previous employer required).
Passionate about early childhood education—patient, energetic, responsible, and eager to share knowledge and cultural insights with young learners.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills; able to collaborate harmoniously with a diverse team of educators.
