Job DescriptionPosition: High school AP language/Literature (ELA) teacher
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, clock-in/clock-out system applies, with working hours from 7:40 a.m. to 4:40 p.m.

Teaching Load:
A maximum of 25 classes per week plus 1 ASA; however, the average is typically around 22 classes, and it is rare to reach the upper limit.

Requirements
1.Native English teacher from English-speaking country (United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or Canada).
2.Master/Bachelor degree in English, education or related field;
3.At least wo years of AP/A-Level English teaching or ELA related experience: 
We prioritize candidates who have consistently taught AP English , showing a deep understanding of the curriculum and proven effectiveness in subject-specific pedagogy on the core subject.
4.Teaching certificate(US license,PGCE, QTS) preferred;

Salary&Benefits
1.Salary: 400,000RMB+ pretax/Year (based on qualification and experience)
2.Contract fulfillment bonus: 20,000rmb before tax/school year at the end of the contract
3.Performance bonus: Up to 10,000rmb/school year before tax depends on teacher's performance evaluation results
4.Relocation/Settle in Fee: RMB10,000 before tax5.Housing Allowance: School will provide on campus department (no charge) for teachers and extra 300rmb/month before tax housing allowance for those who live on campus for a whole year. If live off campus, the school pay for housing allowance as much as RMB8800/month before tax. Usually, a 2-bedrooms apartment nearby the school will cost around 8800/month.
*Please kindly note that on campus apartment only valid for 1 single teacher or family within 2 people. No pets, alcohol and smoking is allowed on campus.
Only the first 2 months for each school year is available to move in/off.
The housing allowance is reimbursed on an actual basis, with a maximum of 8,800RMB per month.
6.Tuition for children: The school provide educations to up to 2 children of each teacher, with tuition fee free. But the teacher should pay for the textbooks, uniforms, meals, dormitory fees. The children age from 5 to 18 are acceptable.
7.Medical Insurance: The Employer will provide international health insurance for the Employee during employment period. We also pay 70% of the fees of your dependent, the maximum fee cover by school is 10,000RMB for each dependent.
8.Government Social Insurance Refund: China government will return the part individual paid to you when you decide to leave China or retire in China. HR will help you to claim for it.
9.Meals: The school provide 3 meals for free during work days.
10.Festivals Subsidy: The winter summer holidays and other public holidays with full paid. Besides, the school provide bonuses or gifts for western and Chinese traditional Festivals.
11.Marriage/Maternity/Bereavement Subsidy: RMB1000/person
12.Air Flight: We offer round-way tickets to you and one of your dependent for each school year. Tickets for each person up to RMB18,000/school year.
13.PD opportunities: The school will make PD arrangements for teaching staff. The teachers can also apply for PD themselves. The school will cover some or all of the PD fees if the PD would improve the teaching skills or working capacity.
14.Life on Campus: All the facilities are open to all staff for free, including the library, swimming pool, tennis court, golf yard, fitness room, art center, etc. The school also provide free snacks, soft drinks, daily supplies to the on campus lodging. All in house classrooms and offices have excellent air filter system.
