Job Summary

We are seeking a native or near-native English speaker with a strong passion for teaching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students ranging from [e.g., Young Learners to Adults]. You will play a key role in helping students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through interactive methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality, student-centered English lessons in accordance with the institution's curriculum.
Skill Development: Focus on developing students' communicative competence (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and practical language use.
Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and energetic classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
Assessment: Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and informal observations. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Curriculum Implementation: Follow the designated syllabus and teaching materials, adapting them as necessary to meet student needs.
Demo Classes: Conduct demo classes and participate in marketing events to attract new students (if required).
Professional Development: Attend staff meetings, teacher training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve teaching skills.
Administration: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) required.
Certification: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification preferred (or willing to obtain one).
Experience: Previous experience teaching English as a foreign language is highly desirable. Experience teaching [e.g., Young Learners/Business English/Exam Prep] is a plus.
Skills & Competencies

Language: Native or near-native proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Interpersonal: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and age groups.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, smartboards, and online teaching platforms (for hybrid/online classes).
