We are a professional headhunting firm, now recruiting a Foreign-Related HR Specialist on behalf of our client. This is a remote position with flexible working arrangements, and we welcome qualified candidates from all nationalities, regardless of age or gender.
Job Responsibilities
Receive candidate information provided by the client and conduct timely and effective communication with foreign candidates.
Maintain smooth and professional interactions with foreign candidates, answering their inquiries about the position and the client’s company (as guided by the client).
Track and record the communication progress, quantity, and level of candidates, and submit regular reports to the client and our firm.

Job Requirements
Human Resources Experience: Must have proven work experience in the human resources field, with a focus on candidate communication or recruitment-related work.
Interview Experience: Possess practical experience in conducting interviews (either in-person, online, or via phone) to better understand candidate qualifications and communication needs.
Excellent English Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English, able to communicate with foreign candidates effortlessly on various topics related to the position and recruitment process.
Necessary Accounts: Must own active LinkedIn and WhatsApp (WS) accounts, as these will be the primary platforms for communicating with foreign candidates.
Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented: Able to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and ensure accurate tracking of communication records.


Compensation & Settlement​
The compensation will be calculated based on the quantity of candidate communications and the level of candidates (as defined by the client, e.g., junior, mid-level, senior professionals). A clear and transparent settlement mechanism will be provided to the selected candidate before onboarding.
