POSITION

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Fashion Product Developer to support the development of contemporary apparel collections in close collaboration with manufacturing partners.

This is a technical, execution-focused role, requiring strong expertise in product development and factory coordination.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Develop detailed technical packs (tech packs) including measurements, specifications, and construction details
• Create technical drawings (Adobe Illustrator or similar tools)
• Advise on fabric selection, trims, and material usage
• Support sampling, fittings, and product development cycles
• Communicate directly with manufacturers to ensure accurate execution
• Monitor product quality, measurements, and overall consistency

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in technical fashion development / product development
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics
• Experience working with manufacturers (preferably in China)
• Ability to produce professional tech packs and specifications
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Available to work on-site in Guangzhou
