SUMMARY
Follow CAGES standard procedures for guest management,supervision of reservation status and culinary coordination,including but not limit to collect guest reservation, arrange guest seating and ensure reasonable seating allocation.Manage guest satisfaction and convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism, listening,advising,and improve the overall service quality of host team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure the regular operation;
· Supervision of reservation status include events,culinary coordination；
· Hostess team training, grooming;
· Hostess station incl Cages poster status maintenance and cleaning；
· Lift lobby cleaning with stewarding incl sanitizer rotation；
· Lost & found;
· Redemption center;
· U-glue platform (online ticketing registration)；
· Receiving and delivery kuaidi coordination;
· Guest arrival experience / set up procedure to insure to guide as many guests as possible to their table;
· Phone etiquette;
· Coordination for all delivery platforms;
· Generate online reviews;
· According to CAGES’s standard,supervise and keep fairness and objectivity at all times;
· Ensure every detail of work procedure and strictly implement, correct deviation in training, pay attention to personal hygiene, politeness and efficiency;
· Pay attention to more details in opening and receiving procedure every day. As long as it is conducive to service, should serve daily customers as well. When seeing that there are employees in the service area who are in difficulty, he should take the initiative to help them;
· Provide any assistance/information as required for guest including but not limit to answer food and restaurant facilities,ects.Collect relevant opinions, and report to the restaurant management promptly;
· Guarantee the hygiene of the area, make all preparations in advance;
· Other duties as requested by department manager；
