About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to own and grow our cam site connections. This role covers the full partnership lifecycle – from identifying and securing new collaboration opportunities, to managing and deepening existing relationships. You will work closely with internal teams (tech, community, marketing, product) to drive mutual value.
Key Responsibilities
● Proactively identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities with platforms, leading end‑to‑end discussions including commercial terms and integration scope.
● Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential partners, tracking progress from first contact to signed agreement.
● Own day‑to‑day relationship management with signed platforms, including regular check‑ins to ensure high partner satisfaction and strong renewal rates.
● Handle partner requests and issues promptly, and coordinate joint campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring on‑time delivery.
● Manage contract renewals, clause updates, payment follow‑ups, and track partnership data and campaign performance.
● Work with internal technical teams to escalate integration requests or technical issues and track resolution until closed.
● Partner with the internal community team to align on model recruitment, campaign assets, and feedback loops.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new product campaigns on cam channels.
● Maintain CRM and partnership wiki with up‑to‑date contacts, contract terms, and historical activities.
● Ensure a seamless internal handover for execution after a new deal is signed, while remaining the owner of the relationship.
Qualifications
● 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in tech, digital entertainment, or adjacent industries.
● Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
● Strong project management skills – able to juggle multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
● Excellent documentation and process‑building abilities.
● Fluent in English (written and spoken) – able to lead commercial negotiations and daily communication with global platforms.
● Nice to have: experience with CRM tools, existing network in the cam or live streaming space
