ESL Teacher Position | Xi’an University

We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Native ESL Teacher to join our university faculty for the new semester. This is a stable long-term university teaching position with great benefits and flexible working arrangements.

Basic Job Information

- Working Location: Xi’an, China
- Start Date: August 2026
- Working Hours: 14–16 teaching hours per week, no office hours required

Salary & Benefits

1. Competitive Salary: Base salary 9,000 RMB + 2,000 RMB class hour bonus monthly
2. Accommodation: Free staff apartment provided or monthly housing allowance
3. Legal Documents: Official work visa sponsored and provided
4. Holidays: Full paid summer and winter university vacations

Job Requirements

1. Nationality: Native English speaker
2. Age Requirement: Under 60 years old
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in any major
4. Certification: Valid TEFL/TESOL certificate
5. Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of university-level teaching experience
