Full-time English Teacher (For Kids & Teens)

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct full-English immersive teaching for students aged 3-16, including oral English enlightenment, basic English learning and ability improvement courses, ensuring high-quality classroom teaching.
2. Prepare lessons carefully in accordance with the school's curriculum system, design interesting and targeted teaching activities to stimulate students' interest in English learning.
3. Evaluate students' learning progress regularly, record students' classroom performance and learning status, and communicate timely with Chinese teaching assistants and parents to feedback students' learning situation.
4. Participate in school teaching and research activities, training meetings, open classes, parent meetings and other related activities to improve teaching quality continuously.
5. Cooperate with the school's teaching management and work arrangement, maintain good classroom order and teacher-student relationship.

Job Requirements

1. Nationality: Native English speakers from UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and other native English countries are preferred.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above (degree certification is required).
3. Certificate: Must hold a valid TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate (more than 120 hours).
4. Teaching Experience: At least 1 year of English teaching experience for children or teenagers is preferred; fresh graduates with excellent teaching ability are also welcome.
5. Age: 23-40 years old, outgoing, patient, with strong affinity and sense of responsibility, love children's English education.
6. Others: No criminal record, in good health; able to legally work in China, the company will assist in handling relevant work visas.

Salary & Welfare

1. Competitive Salary: Monthly salary ranges from 18,000-23,000 RMB, with additional class fees based on actual teaching hours; salary is adjusted according to teaching experience, qualification and teaching performance.
2. Working Hours: 20-25 teaching hours per week, small class teaching (8-12 students per class), no mandatory office hours outside teaching time.
