Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to join our bilingual international school in Tianjin. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality lessons based on the adapted English National Curriculum, foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment, and support students’ academic, social and emotional holistic development in a multicultural setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum
- Collaborate with bilingual teaching teams to optimize student learning outcomes
- Conduct student assessment, track learning progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Ensure effective classroom management and create a safe, interactive learning atmosphere
- Provide pastoral care and support students’ personal growth and positive behaviour development
- Lead extracurricular activities and fully participate in school events, training and curriculum development
Requirements
Native speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant disciplines
- Recognized teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of formal primary school teaching experience
- Familiarity with the English National Curriculum or international curriculum
- Strong classroom management, communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to student safeguarding and holistic education
salary 20K+ plus apartment ,paid for summer&winter
