【Job Description】
Giving FACE-TO-FACE lecture for the Digital Media Major to University students from Sep to Nov 2026 (Usually 40-50 days)
Total workload：64 periods (1hr each) for one course
Each teacher can take two courses per semester.

【Basic Requirements】
1.MUST have master degree or above, PHD preferred
2.At least one year RELEVANT teaching experience in university or college
3.Teaching in English, fluent English in speaking and writing
4.Require for exam preparation and marking
5.Teaching experience in China or other overseas countries preferred

【Basic Course information】
Script to screen
Delivered industry-aligned short-film production training covering full workflow from original screenplay drafting, storyboarding, on-location shooting, sound recording & post-editing to final screening. Guided students on team collaborative filmmaking, budget planning, on-set safety and project marketing. Assessed learners via comprehensive production portfolio with reflective learning journals.

Post Production.
Taught digital non-linear post-production focusing on picture & sound editing aesthetics. Covered timeline assembly, clip cutting, transitions, audio mixing and title design via practical workshops. Guided students to apply editing theories to manipulate narrative rhythm and visual storytelling. Final assessment based on a coursework portfolio equivalent to 3500 words.

Motion Capture & MotionTracking Technologies:
This module offers the opportunity to developing a range of professional, technical and procedural knowledge of the core concepts of motion capture and motion tracking technologies and their application. As such it draws from a broad range of practice and aims to introduce and develop knowledge of the processes involved in the manufacture of a motion capture and motion tracking artifact. It aims to develop transferable skills in the core conceptual understanding and its practical application.

Body Motion Capture：
The aim of this module is to develop a significant body of knowledge of a typical film and multimedia motion capture pipeline, from setting up cameras and capturing data, through to editing and transferring data to industry standard animation packages. This module offers the opportunity to develop a range of professional technical and procedural knowledge. The module draws from a broad range of practice and aims to introduce and develop knowledge of the processes involved in the manufacture of a body motion captureartifact.
