Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for shooting short-video content for the food column, prepare high-end Western cuisine and seafood dishes, and be capable of cooking Chinese food or quickly mastering various Chinese cuisines. Maintain consistent dish quality with exquisite plating suitable for video presentation.
2. Cooperate in short-video shooting and influencer live streaming across diverse locations and scenarios, appear on camera with an approachable demeanor, and record the whole process of dish preparation and display.
3. Collaborate with the team to adjust dish presentation according to shooting requirements, continuously develop new recipes, and create visually appealing dishes.

Job Requirements

1. Foreign national from Europe or America, neat appearance, amiable personality, poised and natural on camera, willing to appear in short videos.
2. Expertise in preparing high-end Western and seafood cuisine, proficient in plating and food presentation; candidates with working experience in high-end restaurants or star hotels are preferred.
3. Fluent native language, able to communicate daily in Chinese to coordinate smoothly with the team.
4. Familiar with kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, with strong professionalism and sense of responsibility.
