We are looking for a chef who can independently handle the complete preparation and cooking process for both döner and kebab.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare döner from scratch, including fresh meat preparation, marination, meat cone assembly, roasting, slicing, and service.
• Prepare kebabs from scratch, including meat preparation, seasoning, shaping or skewering, grilling, and plating.
• Maintain consistent flavour, texture, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Follow good food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

2. Turkish Cuisine Chef | One Position

We are looking for a chef with practical experience in traditional Turkish cooking to support our Head Chef.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing traditional Turkish hot dishes, stews, and cold appetizers (meze).
• Handle ingredient preparation and cooking according to agreed recipes and standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain consistent quality during service.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workstation.
