Start Date: August 2026

Job Description:
-Teach ESL(Literature) Academic Writing & Public Speech to middle school students(High level
students:IELTS score:7.0)
-Manage classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.

Requirements:
-Under 45 aged
-Only native English speaker from native English-speaker countries with good Academic Writing & Public Speech teaching experienced.
-Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or Literature
-Minimum 2 years teaching ESL or Literature in middle school

Salary & Benefits:
-RMB 25,000 - 40,000 monthly (based on experience).
-Housing allowance RMB 4,000/month
-Subsidized meals RMB 800/month
-Attendance bonus RMB 150/month
-Performance bonus RMB 1,000/month
-Paid winter and summer holidays
-Annual leave starting at 2 days, increasing yearly
-Half-day paid leave monthly from year two
-Chinese public holidays and Christmas off
