3. Position Orientation
As the company's chief representative overseas, you will play the following roles:
3.1. Strategic Advisor: Provide precise industry insights and path recommendations for the company's entry into the local market;
3.2. Resource Hub: Introduce key decision-makers from governments, industry associations, leading enterprises, and financial institutions;
3.3. Compliance Gatekeeper: Ensure that all business activities strictly comply with local and international anti-corruption laws.

4. Core Responsibilities
4.1 Network Referral: Referring no fewer than 2 "qualified contacts" per month - that is, target individuals who meet our industry and rank requirements;
4.2 Event Organization: Assisting in planning and inviting guests to participate in our high-end closed-door forums, business dinners, or delegation receptions held locally;
4.3 Invitation to Visit China: Recommending and arranging for influential individuals to visit China, with our full reception;
4.4 Monthly Report: Submitting a one-page written monthly report each month, reporting progress, issues, and plans.

5.Job Requirements
5.1 Possess many years of high-end business or political connections overseas;
5.2 Be fluent in English (with Chinese proficiency a plus) and possess cross-cultural communication skills;
5.3 Be familiar with the local business environment, policies and regulations, and industry operating rules overseas;
5.4 Have a complete and verifiable LinkedIn or other public professional profile;
5.5 Have no adverse legal records or sanctions list records.

6.Cooperation Model and Remuneration We adopt a "pay-for-results" cooperation model:
6.1 Effective referral fee: For each successful referral of a "qualified contact" and the completion of the initial connection, a payment will be made according to the agreed standard;
6.2 Commission for facilitating cooperation: If the referral ultimately leads to substantive business cooperation, a project commission will be earned;
6.3 Quarterly bonus for exceeding targets: For those who exceed their quarterly targets, additional bonuses will be provided.
