# Job Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old. No prior experience or English certificates required. We provide complete systematic training for newbies to get started quickly.
- Possess basic oral English communication skills. Comfortable being on camera, outgoing, and proactive in interacting with audiences. Singing, dancing, musical instrument or other performance talents are not mandatory.
- Diligent, responsible and highly executable. Able to follow team arrangements. Eager to develop a long-term career in live streaming with stable and reliable work attitude.

# Job Responsibilities

- Host casual chatting live streams on TikTok for global audiences. Interact with overseas viewers in a relaxed manner and create a cozy and pleasant live room atmosphere.
- Respond to live chat comments in a timely manner, take initiative to boost live room engagement. Cooperate with operations staff to control live broadcast rhythm, maintain fan loyalty and fulfill daily basic live streaming KPIs.
