Job Title: Primary School Teacher

Job Overview
We are a formal primary school located in Jining, Shandong Province, now looking for dedicated, responsible, and passionate primary school teachers to join our teaching team. We provide a stable working environment, standardized working arrangements, and favorable welfare benefits, welcoming outstanding talents to grow and develop with our school.

Working Arrangements
- Class Hours: 20 teaching periods per week, with reasonable working intensity and sufficient preparation and rest time.
- Rest Schedule: Standard weekends off, full compliance with national legal holidays. Winter & summer vacations are available every year.

Salary & Welfare Benefits
- Monthly Salary (Working Period): RMB 12,000 – 16,000 per month (paid during normal school working months).
- Accommodation: Free school accommodation is provided for on-the-job teachers, saving living costs.
- Vacation Salary & Allowance Policy: The school provides special vacation subsidies calculated based on the official monthly salary.
- Vacation Subsidy Calculation Rule: Vacation subsidy = Monthly basic salary ÷ 31 × 7
- Vacation Duration: 1 week for winter vacation, 2 weeks for summer vacation.

Job Responsibilities
- Undertake daily primary school teaching work according to school teaching requirements, complete lesson preparation, classroom teaching, homework correction and student tutoring work.
- Participate in school teaching research, training and daily teaching management activities.
- Care for students’ study and growth, establish good teacher-student relationships, and cooperate with school and parents to complete education work.
- Abide by school rules and regulations, and complete other teaching-related work arranged by the school.

Job Requirements
- Hold relevant academic certificates and teacher qualification certificates (primary school education related major is preferred).
- Have standard pronunciation, good teaching skills and expression ability.
- Be patient, responsible, loving, and able to adapt to primary school teaching work.
- Have good communication skills and team cooperation awareness.
- Relevant primary school teaching experience is preferred.
