Training Center ESL Teacher-Shanghai-W

Requirements:
——Be able to teach students between the ages of 6 to 16. Our curriculum is based on textbooks from National Geographic's innovative book series, Reading Explorer and Wonderful World.
——Be familiar with various topics, including science, geography,history, people, and places.
——Set clear standards and expectations for students to follow in the classroom to meet their goals and objectives.Students should progress throughout the semester in easily quantifiable metrics.
——Enhance the learning experience and allow learners to apply their language skills.Enhanced learning, language skills, essential reading, academic,ana critical thinking skills.
——Adequately prepare and curate provided skeletal lesson plans and materials utilized during class and tailor them to suit individual teaching styles to create a suitable learning

Salary:
——RMB 20,000 - 26,000（120 Contract Hours per Month）
(Exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location)

Competencies & requirements：
——A bachelor's degree or higher and one of the following credentials: a stateteaching license or Educator certificate, PGCE, QTS, SACE, CELTA, DELTA, TKT,TEFL, or TESOL.
——Passionate about education and willing to learn.
——Interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and creating an environmentconducive to collaboration and creativity.
——At least two years of experience in the classroom and a school environment.
——Native English Speaker from Native English Speaking Countries only
——Professionalism and Integrity.
