Job Responsibilities
Liaise and communicate with all departments of the company, accurately identify and analyze departmental demands. Assist each department in sorting out key work priorities, fully support the implementation and execution of departmental work plans, and help teams continuously upgrade their overall capabilities to tackle diverse business challenges.
Follow up on key projects with a result-oriented mindset. Accurately break down project bottlenecks, devise agile and practical solutions and participate in their implementation. Maintain overall control over projects, coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure efficient project progress.
Draft reports and documents for the General Manager, and organize all documents submitted to the General Manager for approval.
Assist the General Manager in arranging receptions for important visitors and corporate tours.
Support the handling of sudden public relations crises.
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
