Mitarbeiter/-in als Honorarkraft für die Schul-Rezeption der Deutschen/Französischen Schule Shanghai für 1-2 Tage / Woche

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Ansprechpartner/in für Kinder und Besucher
• Freundliches und aufmerksames Betreuen der Gäste und Besucher
• Bedienen der Telefonzentrale
• Administrative Unterstützung der Verwaltung

Wir erwarten:
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, freundliches Auftreten, Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative
• Mitdenkendes, vorausschauendes und engagiertes Agieren
• Freude am Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
• Sichere Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, Englisch notwendig, Französisch oder Chinesisch von Vorteil
• Aufgrund von arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen: abgeschlossenes Studium (BA) mit mindestens zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung

Freelance receptionist at German/French School for 1–2 days a week

Your responsibilities:
• Acting as a point of contact for children and visitors
• Providing friendly and attentive support to guests and visitors
• Operating the switchboard
• Providing administrative support to the management team

We are looking for:
• Excellent communication skills, a friendly manner, flexibility and the ability to take the initiative
• A proactive, forward-thinking and committed approach
• A genuine enjoyment of working with children and young people
• Fluency in spoken and written German; English is essential; French or Chinese would be an advantage
• Due to employment law requirements: a completed degree (BA) with at least two years’ professional experience
