1. Manage the boss’s work schedule, plan itineraries, and make full arrangements for both domestic & international business trips and leisure travel, including contingency planning and reminders.

2. Handle business communications as well as daily personal affairs; complete travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, coordination of personal matters, and filing & organization of relevant documents.

3. Liaise with internal departments and communicate externally with business partners and service providers to ensure smooth information flow and timely follow-up on all tasks.

4. Maintain strict confidentiality; properly safeguard all business documents and personal private information.

5. Complete other ad-hoc work and personal assignments delegated by the executive.

1.负责老板工作日程统筹，行程规划、国内外差旅、出行旅游的全部安排，做好行程预案和提醒。
2.兼顾商务对接和日常生活事务，出行预订、食宿安排、个人事务协调，相关资料整理归档。
3.对内协调各部门，对外对接合作方、服务人员，做好信息传递和事项跟进落实。
4.严守保密准则，妥善保管所有商务资料及私人生活相关信息。
5.完成老板交办的其他工作与生活类临时性事务
