Deliver evening offline small-group oral English classes for students enrolled in American high school programs. Create an immersive all-English classroom environment, correct students’ pronunciation, sentence structure and oral expression habits, and encourage all students to speak up actively.
Independently design class themes and organize critical thinking seminars covering international current affairs, global trending topics, Western culture and social issues. Provide compliant discussion topics before class, guide students to express views objectively from multiple perspectives, moderate discussion boundaries and avoid radical or sensitive content.
Adopt interactive teaching formats including role-plays, group debates and topic speeches to reduce students’ anxiety of speaking, improve their academic oral English and critical thinking skills, and meet the expression requirements of American high school courses.
Prepare lessons in line with the campus’s unified teaching schedule, and develop supporting teaching materials and discussion outlines to ensure complete and logically coherent content for each class.
Briefly document students’ weak points in oral English and classroom participation after each session, share feedback with Chinese academic supervisors, and cooperate to formulate personalized oral improvement plans for students.
