We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Level Manager to lead our China operations. This position will be responsible for establishing and managing our office and warehouse, leading the local team, developing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and manage the company office and warehouse in Shenzhen.
• Recruit, lead, and develop the local operations team.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, procurement, and negotiations.
• Oversee OEM/ODM product development, production, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational standards.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for headquarters.
