Foreign ESL Kindergarten Teacher

Location: Shunyi District, Beijing

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver full-English immersive lessons for kids aged 1.5–6, design game-based interactive classes under EYFS & IEYC curriculum frameworks, including music, craft, role-play and exploration activities.
2. Cooperate with Chinese homeroom teachers on daily class management, outdoor activities and nature-themed courses.
3. Communicate children’s English progress with parents, participate in campus events such as holiday shows, open days and outdoor study tours.
4. Attend weekly teaching seminars to polish lesson plans and teaching aids.

Requirements

1. Native English speaker from UK, US, Australia, Canada or New Zealand with authentic pronunciation.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, plus valid TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate.
3. Minimum 2 years full-time kindergarten teaching experience, familiar with early childhood education, good at activating class atmosphere.
4. Patient, warm and fond of young kids, eligible to apply for Chinese Z work visa.
5. Prior experience with EYFS/IEYC curriculum is a bonus.

Salary & Benefits

1. Gross monthly salary: RMB 20,000 – 24,000, paid monthly.
2. Paid leave: Weekends off, all national public holidays, fully paid winter & summer vacations, plus Christmas holiday break.

Interview & Start Date

1. Expected onboarding: Late August 2026
