We are currently recruiting an international business coordinator for the brand side of the Norway Pavilion at the Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services.
The primary responsibilities are as follows:
Customer Reception: Assist in welcoming domestic and international guests and clients, and handle on-site arrangements, communication, and photography.
Business Communication: The primary working languages are Chinese and English; this role involves assisting with brand promotion, business communications, and cross-cultural information exchange.
Intent Follow-up: Assist in facilitating straightforward communication and contract signing processes with key prospective clients.
On-site coordination: Assisting in capturing key business negotiations and highlights of trade exhibitions, and providing other necessary support throughout the exhibition period.
