Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3years of onsite experience in oilfield surface construction.
Good command of English and familiar with overseas projects.
Proficient in onsite HSE management; capable of independently conducting risk identification, hazard inspection, work permit administration, safety education and onsite control.
Able to pass professional interviews for overseas oilfield assignments.
Familiar with international HSE management standards and specifications, capable of independently undertaking full‑cycle HSE work of projects.
Possess communication capabilities for liaison with overseas clients, take charge of coordination and disposal of HSE‑related matters.
Organize routine HSE meetings and standardize the processing of various work permits.
Be responsible for on‑site construction HSE supervision and control, investigate and handle on‑site violations, and follow up to implement hazard rectification.
