### About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Chinese LED display manufacturer and visual display solution provider with an established international market presence.

The company specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, sales and technical solutions of LED display products, including commercial LED displays, fine-pitch LED, rental & staging solutions, outdoor LED displays, digital signage and customized display solutions.

The company is currently strengthening its technical support capabilities in the **Indonesia market** and is looking for an experienced **Overseas Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer** to support local distributors, system integrators, engineering companies and key customers.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research in Indonesia and collect, organize and analyze customer requirements and industry trends.

2. Monitor competitors in the LED display market, including competitor products, specifications, pricing, technical solutions and market positioning.

3. Develop product and pricing strategies for the Indonesia market in cooperation with the company's headquarters and regional sales team.

4. Provide pre-sales technical support, including:

* Technical consultation
* Product and equipment selection
* Solution recommendation
* System configuration
* Project solution design
* Preparation of technical solution documents

5. Support product training, technical enablement and new product launches in the Indonesia market.

6. Provide technical and product training to distributors, system integrators, engineering companies and their sales/technical teams.

7. Provide technical support for major projects and key customers in Indonesia, including on-site technical support when required.

8. Support partners in tender and bidding projects, including:

* Technical proposal preparation
* Product specifications
* Technical documentation
* System configuration
* Bid/tender documentation
* Technical clarification

9. Prepare system diagrams and technical drawings according to customer and project requirements.

10. Work closely with the sales, product, R&D and engineering teams in China to ensure smooth communication and project implementation.

### Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with a background in **Mechanical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or other relevant engineering disciplines** are preferred.

2. **Must have professional experience in the LED display / LED screen industry.**

3. Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are strongly preferred:

* LED display sales
* Overseas sales
* Pre-sales technical support
* LED solution engineering
* System integration
* Major project management
* Key account support
* Distributor technical support

4. Excellent English communication skills. English must be usable as a working language.

5. Communication with local customers, distributors, engineering companies and project partners.

6. Strong listening, communication, coordination and logical thinking skills.

7. Able to understand customer requirements and convert them into practical LED display solutions.

8. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Proficient in:

* AutoCAD
* Visio or equivalent diagramming software
* Microsoft Office
* Other engineering/design software

### Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who are:

*Indonesia local professionals with LED display industry experience;
* Local Indonesia/ Chinese-Indonesia with strong local market connections;
* Experienced LED display engineers currently working in Indonesia;
* LED sales engineers with strong pre-sales technical capabilities;
* Technical support engineers who have worked with distributors and system integrators;
* Candidates who have supported large commercial, government, advertising, sports, event or rental LED projects.

### Important Requirement

**LED display industry experience is mandatory.**

Candidates without direct LED display / LED screen industry experience will generally not be considered, even if they have general engineering or IT experience.

### Compensation

**Annual Package: RMB 150,000–360,000**
