About LOZO

LOZO is a Shanghai-based education company focused on public speaking and debate. Since 2014, we have worked with students, coaches, schools, and competition organizers to help young people develop confidence, communication, and critical-thinking skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach engaging public speaking and debate classes.
- Prepare students for competitions and public performances.
- Develop lesson plans, curricula, and learning materials.
- Lead intensive summer and winter camp programs.
- Communicate with parents about student progress.
- Collaborate with other coaches on curriculum and program development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Competitive speech and/or debate experience as a competitor, coach, or both.
- Strong track record in at least one format, such as Public Forum, World Schools, British Parliamentary, or competitive speech events.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and adaptability.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop.
- Experience working with younger students is preferred.
- Tournament judging, organizing, IA/CAP experience, or evidentiary debate experience is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER:
• Monthly salary of RMB25,000 – 35,000.
• Bonus eligibility up to three months worth of salary based on organizational metric achievement.
