About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and qualified native English-speaking Art Teacher to join our international school in Beijing. This is a full-time teaching position focused primarily on specialized art courses for high school students.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage in full-time teaching, with specialized courses mainly in Art
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break)
- Teaching hours: 20–25 classes per week (40–45 minutes per class)
- Weekends off
- Students' age: 15–18
- Class size: 20–30 students
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Must currently hold a valid work visa (Z-visa) in China – only candidates already in China with a legal working permit will be considered
- Relevant teaching qualifications and art background preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: RMB 27,000/month (pre-tax) + RMB 4,000 housing allowance
- Competitive salary package depending on qualifications
- Additional allowances: meal allowance, flight allowance, computer allowance
- RMB 6,000 personal development allowance

- Paid holidays:
- Summer holiday: 2 months (fully paid)
- Winter holiday: 1 month (fully paid)
