## 职位概述

我们是广州汽车出口企业，现招聘汽车销售专员，主要对接非洲客户，负责海外客户开发、车辆销售跟进，拓展非洲市场，完成汽车销售业绩目标。
We are an auto export company based in Guangzhou. We are recruiting auto sales specialists to communicate with African clients. You will develop overseas customers, follow up vehicle sales, expand the African market and achieve sales targets.

## 职责

1. 开发非洲客户资源，通过线上线下渠道挖掘意向购车客户，维护客户关系。
Develop African customer resources, find potential vehicle buyers via online and offline channels, and maintain customer relationships.
2. 向客户介绍车型参数、配置、报价、交车周期等信息，解答客户咨询。
Introduce vehicle models, specifications, configurations, quotations and delivery lead time to clients, and respond to customer inquiries.
3. 跟进订单全流程，负责洽谈、合同对接、车辆交付相关沟通工作。
Follow up the whole order process, including business negotiation, contract coordination and communication for vehicle delivery.
4. 收集非洲市场汽车需求信息、竞品动态，反馈给公司优化销售策略。
Collect information about African auto market demand and competitor trends, and report to the company to optimize sales strategies.
5. 参加线下客户洽谈、展会等商务活动，做好客户接待工作。
Attend business activities such as client meetings and exhibitions, and provide customer reception services.

## 资历

1. 能流利使用英语沟通，熟悉非洲口音，同时具备基础中文交流能力。
Fluent in English communication, familiar with African English accents, with basic Chinese speaking skills.
2. 有汽车销售、外贸销售相关经验优先；无经验愿意学习也可考虑。
Candidates with auto sales or foreign trade sales experience are preferred. New learners are also welcome.
3. 了解基础汽车知识，熟悉燃油车 / 新能源车基础信息更佳。
Basic knowledge of automobiles, understanding of fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles is a plus.
4. 良好的沟通谈判能力，责任心强，能够独立开发客户。
Strong communication and negotiation skills, responsible, capable of developing customers independently.
5. 工作地点：广州，能够正常到岗办公。
Work location: Guangzhou, must be able to work on-site.
