ESL Teacher Needed — International Kindergarten in Wuhan
Start Date: ASAP (Mid-May preferred) | Priority given to candidates already in China with kindergarten teaching experience
About the School
We are a bilingual international kindergarten located in Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Our warm and supportive campus is home to curious young learners aged 3–6, and we're looking for a passionate native English-speaking homeroom teacher to join our team!
Position Details
• Role: English Homeroom Teacher
• Students: 3–6 years old
• Class Size: Max 25 students
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (weekends off)
• Working Hours: 07:30–17:30 (approx. 40 hours per week)
• Probation Period: 1 month
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: RMB 12,000–13,000/month (after tax)
• Housing: Your choice — housing allowance or free apartment
• Meal allowance: Included
• Medical insurance: Provided
• Airfare allowance: RMB 6,000
• Contract completion bonus: RMB 6,000
Holidays
• Summer holiday: 1.5 months (unpaid leave)
• Winter holiday: 1 month (unpaid leave)
• Christmas Day: 1 day paid
• No additional annual vacation
Who We're Looking For
✅ Native English speaker
✅ In China with kindergarten teaching experience (strongly preferred)
✅ Available to start as soon as possible (ideally mid-May)
✅ Patient, energetic, and loves working with young children
