1. On-site process inspection, defect judgement and immediate quality issue resolution.
2. Analyze nonconformities of incoming / in-process / finished goods, prepare 8D reports and verify improvement effectiveness.
3. Maintain quality records, statistics and on-site quality documents.
4. Communicate with customers on quality matters and support customer audits.

    Product and Service

    We develop, produce and sell lead-acid batteries, recycled lead products and low-voltage lithium batteries, and also provide logistics distribution and recycling services.

    Technology and Equipment
    The group has the world’s advanced battery production lines, technical processes, waste battery recycling and regeneration system, a nationally recognized enterprise technology center, a national circular economy technology center, a CNAS accredited testing center, an academician workstation, a postdoctoral research workstation, a Hubei Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center and other scientific and technological innovation platforms. As of the first half of 2023, Camel Group has applied for a total of 1,735 patents.

    Scale and Strength
    The group's lead-acid battery production capacity reached 40 million kVAh, used lead-acid battery disposal
    and utilization capacity is 860,000 tons/year, new energy lithium battery production capacity is 2GWh/year, and lithium battery recycling and processing capacity is 100,000 tons/year. The production capacity, sales volume and market share of the low voltage automotive lead-acid batteries have been at the forefront of the industry for many years. Camel is also the leading recycled lead company in China.
