Physical Education Teacher (Volleyball Preferred) — Bilingual School, Chaoyang District, Beijing

A bilingual school located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, offering a dual-language curriculum. Looking for an energetic and qualified PE teacher to join our team for an immediate start.

Position: Physical Education Teacher
Location: Chaoyang District, Beijing
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver PE lessons for the assigned grade levels in English (and Chinese where required), following the school curriculum framework.
Teach a broad PE curriculum — fundamental movement skills, ball games, track and field, gymnastics, swimming/dance where applicable — with volleyball as a core strength.
Coach or co-coach the school volleyball team, including after-school training, house competitions and inter-school matches.
Prepare students for sports events, sports day and external competitions; manage team logistics and student safety.
Assess student performance against the school's standards and provide written feedback and reports each term.
Ensure the safety of all students during lessons and activities; maintain equipment, venues and inventory.
Communicate regularly with homeroom teachers, the academic team and parents on student progress.
Support whole-school activities such as sports day, open days and extracurricular programmes.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, in Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports Training or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of PE teaching experience；Experience in a bilingual or international school is a strong advantage.
Solid volleyball skills and experience coaching volleyball teams; ability to teach other sports to a competent level.
Fluent English for teaching and communication; Chinese proficiency preferred for parent and staff communication.
Patient, energetic, responsible, with strong classroom management and a genuine interest in students' physical and personal development.
Able to start immediately.
