1. Keep track of the day's guest interactions and dining activities.

2. Participate in various front desk tasks and report any issues that come up.

3. Know which important guests are checking in or out that day, including returning guests.

4. Prepare registration forms, key cards, etc., before guests arrive to make check-in smooth and quick.

5. Maintain good communication with guests to understand their likes and dislikes, and help solve any problems they have.

6. Make daily phone calls to check on staying guests, gather their feedback, and follow up or report to supervisors as needed.

7. Welcome and assist guests at the front desk and lobby, including those on business floors who are checking in or out.

8. Help guests staying on business floors with check-in and check-out procedures.
