Key Responsibilities:
1.Deliver EAP courses for first-year undergraduate students, covering academic writing, academic reading, seminar discussions, and oral presentations;
2.Help students transition to an English-medium instruction environment and enhance their comprehensive academic English proficiency;
3.Design and provide detailed feedback on academic writing assignments (e.g., essays, reports);
4.Facilitate classroom discussions and group activities to develop students' critical thinking and academic communication skills;
5.Participate in student assessment and grading, and regularly report teaching progress to the Academic Coordinator.
Requirements:
Education & Language:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English, Translation, TESOL, Education, or related fields;
2.IELTS overall band score of 7.0 or above, or equivalent English proficiency certification.
Experience:
1.Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in EAP, IELTS, or College English, with a solid understanding of academic English teaching systems;
2.Overseas study or work experience is preferred.

1.Demonstrate strong professionalism and a rigorous work ethic;
2.Possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
3.Show a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to treat students with patience and sincerity;
4.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and proactive engagement with the latest trends in academic English teaching.
Other Requirements:
Able to commit to a stable teaching schedule, with a minimum of 3–6 teaching hours per week.
