# Transformer Sales Representative – Thailand / Vietnam

**Location:** Thailand or Vietnam (On-site)\
**Experience:** 1–3 years\
**Monthly Base Salary:** Up to USD 3,000\
**Bonus:** 0–3 months’ annual salary, plus additional benefits to be discussed based on local market practices and experience.

## Job Responsibilities

- **Business Development:** Develop transformer sales opportunities across Southeast Asia, targeting local utilities, EPC contractors, renewable energy companies, industrial and mining enterprises, and distributors.
- **Full-Cycle Sales:** Manage the sales process from lead generation and customer visits to commercial negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection.
- **Account Management:** Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive long-term partnerships, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- **Market Intelligence:** Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry policies, providing timely feedback and recommendations for local sales strategies.
- **Target Achievement:** Achieve annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in transformers, electrical equipment, power systems, or related industries.
- Proficiency in English for business communication, customer meetings, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently develop customers and manage sales projects.
- Self-motivated, quick to learn, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- **Must be a local candidate based in Thailand or Vietnam.** Chinese language skills are not required. Ethnic Chinese candidates are preferred. Candidates requiring a remote working arrangement will not be considered; candidates from Europe or the Americas are not currently being considered due to local language and market requirements.
- Existing customer networks in the **solar PV, energy storage, or renewable energy sectors** are a strong advantage.

## Interview Process

- 1–2 interview rounds, including an interview with the Sales Director.
- Probation period: 3–6 months.
