Job Responsibilities:
1. Translate, proofread, and polish various game-related texts into English to meet native-level standards of accuracy, fluency, and elegance;
2. Collaborate with localization vendors to manage, supervise, and review the entire localization process, including English translation and voice-over production;
3. Participate in LQA (Localization Quality Assurance) testing to identify localization issues and drive timely improvements;
4. Support product operations in culturally adapting game versions and events, providing practical recommendations for localization packaging.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; TEM-8 or equivalent English proficiency required, with excellent reading and writing skills; candidates with study or living experience in an English-speaking country are preferred;
2. At least 2 years of experience in game localization or related fields; candidates with full-cycle experience on English-language game projects are preferred;
3. Familiarity with mainstream cultures in Western countries; passionate about games; experience playing SLG games is a plus;
4. Strong initiative and execution ability, clear logical thinking, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
