## Job Title: Foreign Curriculum Supervisor
Employer: National Chain Kindergarten Brand

### Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Foreign Curriculum Supervisor to lead our foreign teacher team and early childhood curriculum system across the brand’s kindergartens. The role focuses on foreign teacher management, systematic training and curriculum research & development, to guarantee consistent high-quality bilingual teaching standards for all campuses.

### Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all foreign teachers within the kindergarten brand, including performance tracking, daily communication and team coordination.
2. Design and deliver regular training programs for newly recruited and serving foreign teachers, standardize teaching routines and classroom management.
3. Independently develop, revise and optimize kindergarten early childhood curriculum, teaching materials and activity plans.
4. Monitor curriculum implementation on each campus, collect feedback and adjust teaching plans continuously.
5. Collaborate with domestic teaching management teams to align curriculum standards and teaching requirements.

### Job Requirements
1. At least 5 years of formal kindergarten teaching experience in mainland China.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience as a foreign teacher supervisor or curriculum lead.
3. Solid track record of independent curriculum development and hands-on foreign teacher training.
4. Good cross-cultural communication, leadership and organizational skills.

### Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary: RMB 25,000.
2. Accommodation is NOT provided.
3. No summer or winter school holidays. Annual leave entitlement is calculated based on seniority.
4. Reimbursement for home-return flight tickets (actual cost, receipt-based).

### Visa Support
We provide work visa sponsorship tailored to the candidate’s academic background and professional experience:
- English teacher work visa for native English-speaking candidates
- Art teacher or Music teacher work visa for non-native English-speaking candidates
- Marketing Director work visa as an alternative option, subject to candidate’s qualifications and work history

### Preferred Start Date: ASAP
