Qualification
• Native English speaker (passport holder from a native English-speaking country)
• Bachelor's degree or above; a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE,
CELTA/DELTA, TESOL, or state teaching licence) is strongly preferred
• Proven experience teaching A-Level English (or equivalent international curriculum),with a strong track record of student exam results
• Demonstrated ability to prepare students for international high-stakes examinations and to be accountable for their final grades
• Excellent command of listening and speaking pedagogy, with the ability to design engaging, exam-focused lessons
• Experience with or willingness to support morning reading sessions and evening self-study supervision
• Strong classroom management skills, professionalism, and a collaborative attitude
• Commitment to the full academic timetable and school duties

Job Description
• Working hours: 7:50 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
• Deliver A-Level English lessons with a primary focus on Listening and Speaking modules
• Take full responsibility for students' performance in international examinations,including tracking progress, targeted intervention, and results accountability
• Plan and deliver high-quality, exam-oriented instruction aligned with A-Level specifications
• Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback to support student improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and exam preparation strategies
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic leadership regarding
progress
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and related academic duties

Compensation
• Monthly salary: RMB 24,000 – 28,000 before tax(commensurate with qualifications and experience)
• Full support with work visa and relocation
• Reimbursement for visa application fee, visa guidance, follow up and advise
