Responsibilities of IELTS Speaking Teacher

Responsible for the IELTS speaking course teaching and exam preparation for international high school students.

Be familiar with IELTS Speaking Part1/Part2/Part3 exam forms, grading standards and methods. Conduct targeted training in pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, grammar and logical expression according to students' English level, conduct mock oral exams, evaluate students' performance, and provide specific and effective suggestions for improvement. Participate in teaching and research, preparing lessons, evaluating students and related teaching activities according to the school curriculum arrangement.

According to the teaching needs of the school, the teacher may concurrently take oral English or other English community courses in the future.


Location:Nanjing

Compensation & Benefits
Pre-tax salary is RMB20,000-22000//month, which is negotiable according to teachers' qualifications and teaching experience (including social security subsidy of RMB2,000/ month).
Provide RMB 2,000/ month housing subsidy for teachers to have free meals during school.
Air ticket subsidy: RMB10,000/ year
Enjoys school winter and summer vacations.
(If there are teaching, enrollment or school-related work arrangements during the holidays, it is necessary to cooperate with the school's work.)

Work requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Native English speakers.
Experience in IELTS oral teaching and exam preparation, and practical student scoring experience is preferred.
Familiar with IELTS speaking scoring standard, able to make teaching and grading plans for students with different foundations. Those with English teaching experience in international schools and high schools are preferred.
Those with academic English or comprehensive English teaching experience are preferred. Those who know Chinese are preferred.
