Qifu Family Education (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. is recruiting one international Course Consultant to support adult customers at our reception desk in Haizhu District, Guangzhou.

Responsibilities
- Welcome adult visitors and assist with reception and customer enquiries.
- Explain company-approved course and service information.
- Coordinate appointments, maintain customer records and support routine administration.
- Communicate customer requests to the relevant colleagues.

This position serves adults. It does not involve teaching, leading lessons or working with minors.

Working arrangement and compensation
- On-site role in Haizhu District, Guangzhou.
- Proposed regular schedule: eight hours per day, six days per week. Exact shifts, breaks, rest arrangements and lawful overtime arrangements will be confirmed before hiring.
- Advertised fixed salary: RMB 5,000-6,000 per month before tax, depending on relevant skills and experience. Statutory overtime pay, where applicable, will be handled separately. Final contractual terms will be agreed before employment begins.
- The employer is willing to assist with an eligible work-permit application or employer transfer, subject to the employer, position and applicant meeting the applicable requirements and obtaining approval.

Candidate profile
- Professional, reliable and comfortable communicating with adult customers and colleagues.
- Reception, customer-service, administration or course-consultation experience is helpful.
- Please describe your language abilities and relevant work experience in your CV.
- Applicants already based in Guangzhou or nearby and eligible for a lawful employer transfer are welcome.
- Work may begin only after the required work and residence authorisations are in place.
